The festival needed to manage hundreds of attendees securely and efficiently while ensuring VIP guests received a premium experience without creating bottlenecks at entry points.
The Solution
CrowdPass implemented CrowdReaders deployed at entrance gates for automated ticket validation with custom NFC wristbands connected to individual ticket types. Attendees used tap-and-go access for instant entry, while digital drink tokens were loaded onto VIP wristbands for cashless bar redemption.
